How long does it take to process an order?

It takes us 1-2 business days to process your order. It will be shipped via Australia Post once the order is packed.

How long does a custom order take?

A custom order can take anywhere between 4 to 6 weeks. During this time, there will be one to two fittings to ensure the garment is perfect.

Do you charge for shipping?

No, shipping is included in the price. Pick up from Currajong (around the corner from Ottos) is also available. A perfect excuse to grab an Annees.

How do I know my size?

All garments fit bodies differently, however we updated the sizing and measurement for each and every garment. Details can be found in the product description for those garments.
