Your RMD garments are made with love and care and we want you to continue to provide the same love and care for years to come. We do recommend a cold delicate wash and hang dry, avoiding any direct sunlight.

It goes without saying that R Mahoney Design upholds a high standard for our garments. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on: rachel@rmahoneydesign.com discuss a return or exchange of your RMD garment. Unfortunately if you customise your garment (i.e. request for it to be shortened) we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
+ Refunds
If you are not completely statisfied with your garment, a full refund may be offered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment either via DM on social media or emailing rachel@rmahoneydesign.com.
+ Exchanges
Given that our garments are limited edition, we cannot guarantee that your exact replacement will be available. Should this occur, we can discuss an alternate solution or a full refund.
+ Important to Note
+To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
+You will be responsible for any costs associated with posting your garment back to us. We recommend you retain your post receipt for tracking purposes, as we are not responsible if the item is not delivered to us.
+You will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment to discuss a refund or exchange.
+Refunds and exchanges will not be offered on garments that have be customised (i.e. shortened).

+ How long does it take to process an order?
It takes us 3-5 business days to process your order. It will be shipped via Australia Post once the order is packed.
If you request for your garment to be customised (i.e. shortened), we will require 7 business days before shipping via Australia Post.
+ Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping.
