returns & exchanges

It goes without saying that R Mahoney Design upholds a high standard for our handmade garments. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on: rachel@rmahoneydesign.com discuss a return or exchange of your RMD garment.

Refunds:

Refunds are only on offer if a product is deemed faulty. Please understand that all garments are uniquely handmade, however if this has resulted in an inability to wear and love your R Mahoney garment, simply contact us (link to contact page or email) with photographic proof. 

Exchange:

Given that our garments are limited edition, we cannot guarantee that your exact replacement will be available. Should this occur, we can discuss an alternative solution or a full refund.  

Important to Note: 

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.

• You will be responsible for any costs associated with posting your garment back to us. We recommend you retain your post receipt for tracking purposes, as we are not responsible if the item is not delivered to us.
